PHYSICAL FITNESS
Tamang heritage trail is achievable for anyone who is at a normal fitness level. It's a moderate trek which involves some steep uphill & downhill portions that are challenging but your gradual steps could make it work. Expect to cover about 4-5 hours trekking per day.
