At these times, the weather is at its best, being hot but not uncomfortably so, and there’s usually minimal or no rain.
PHYSICAL FITNESS
Manaslu circuit trek, being remote can be considered as challenging. But, the altitude profile for this trek is excellent so there's still a possibility for novice trekkers. Altitude is 5106m (16,751ft) at Larkya Pass which is lesser than Annapurna circuit Thorong La-pass. Nonetheless, a good level of physical fitness is recommended as the trek is long & often steep.
