At these times, the weather is at its best, being hot but not uncomfortably so, and there’s usually minimal or no rain.
PHYSICAL FITNESS
Gokyo Lakes Trekking requires a general good level of physical fitness expect to cover around (15 km) 5-6 hours of trekking each day, which is achievable but it's a tough call for immature.
